Paddypowerpoker.com has released its latest promotion for the Irish Open 2009 and it’s their biggest ever! All players who participate in the tournament have a chance to win a €100,000 package. It is a ‘Sole Survivor’ promotion where the player who outlasts all other players wins the €100,000.
The Irish Open 2009 will take place in Dublin, Ireland and is Europe’s longest running tournament. It runs from the 9th of April to the 13th. There will be a super satellite on the 9th and the buy-in for the Open is €3,200 + €300.
The communications manager for Paddy Power Poker said "We always try to offer our own qualifiers something special for outlasting their peers; and this year certainly won't disappoint. The €100,000 package will be in addition to whatever prize money they win at the event, so it will be a real windfall for whichever qualifier stays in the game long enough to become our Sole Survivor!"
The tournament has a maximum of 800 players. Players can start to qualify as early as October 26th with an expanded schedule starting in November.
