At ChanPoker you can find the world famous poker pro Johnny Chan at the tables and if you are lucky, knock him out of a tournament. The Pot Limit Omaha High at Chan Poker is very nice. Chan Poker gives you a great poker course in Texas Hold'em taught by none other than Johnny Chan himself. The course is mainly for newbies, but experienced players can even learn a thing or two. The lessons come in three groups: Basic- Hand Rankings, Nut hand, etc Strategies - Position, Playing Style, etc Essentials - Money Management, Knowing Yourself and Your Opponents

Nice 3D graphics, and smooth game play. Chan Poker also offer a "no-download" option for the Mac and linux users. Chan Poker offers nice features such as statistics and player notes.
Games
Chan Poker offers all the general poker games including Hold'em, 7-card Stud, Stud Hi/Lo, Omaha, and Omaha Hi/Lo. Lot's of traffic at the Pot Limit Omaha tables. Chan Poker offers many different levels of cash games. Anything from low limit short handed games to no limit 10 person tables can be found in the lobby. The action is good, with a fair amount of players at all levels of play. There are many different limits offered, but since they are a smaller room the majority of players are at the lower-limits.
Chanpoker also offer 10-handed, 6-handed, and Heads-Up games.
Poker Tournaments
Tournament Play, Chan Poker offers both SNG’s and Multi-table Tournaments; Daily Free rolls, and WPT Qualifiers are also offered. Chan Poker offers many tournaments throughout the day.
Player Traffic
As part of the Ongame network, ChanPoker has a very good player volume, you can always find your table. As usual, the main traffic is at the low-stakes games, but as the stakes grow larger, the amount of players decreases.
Soft Competition
At Chanpoker the game is very loose at the micro tables with many beginners learning how to play. Skilled poker players can still find some decent staked games with the mid stakes carrying some soft passive players.
